Membership & Identification

Guidelines for membership validation, redemption rights, and account restrictions:

Redemption Allowed By Only ID Holder: Voucher or rewards redemption is strictly limited to the official account holder.
1 PAN Card Limit: Only one membership account ID is permitted per PAN card registration.

Deductions & Fees

Payout and transaction processing fees, deductions, and regulatory compliance:

Standard Deductions: Deductions will be applied for TDS (2%), Welfare (3%), and Processing (5%).
PAN Card Non-Compliance: A 20% deduction will be applied if the PAN card is not updated in your profile.

Business Closing

Official schedules for sales cycle closing and evaluation:

First Purchase Business Closing: Closing will take place every Friday.
Repurchase/Regular Purchase Business Closing: Closing will take place on the last day of the month.

Payout Schedule

Disbursement timelines for earnings, commissions, and bonuses:

Weekly Payout for First Purchase: Payout will be processed on a weekly basis on Monday.
Monthly Payout for Regular/Repurchase: Payout released will be once in a month.

Rewards & Disputes

Distribution methods for achievements and governing legal jurisdiction:

Rewards Distribution: Performance rewards will be distributed in seminars.
Legal Jurisdiction: Any disputes are subject to Kolkata jurisdiction only.
