How does the delivery process work?

Your products will be dispatched within 24 hours after your payment is received.

Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.

After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner i.e. Blue Dart.

Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

Guarantee for delivery made by the Company is subject to the terms and conditions of the courier company. Any inconsistency or errors in name or address will result in non-delivery of the product.

Our orders are normally delivered within 7-10 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

We have standard shipping charges which may vary according to the volumetric weight of the order.

Return Policy

NexSeaSun Execellency Private Limited offers its customers an "Easy Return Policy", wherein you can raise a return request for a product within 1-3 business days of its delivery.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • If the product you receive does not match in color or size.
  • If the ordered product is received in a damaged condition.

Please Note: We do not accept returns or changes if you simply do not like the product or wish to change your mind after receiving a correct, undamaged item.

Checklist to Return a Product

Please make sure that the following guidelines are met before returning a product:

  • Products must be returned with all original tags attached.
  • The original packaging must be intact.
  • The product must be in an unwashed, undamaged, and unused condition.

Refunds or replacements will be issued only after a thorough inspection of the returned product(s) at our office. This quality check and refund/replacement process will be completed within 72 working hours of receiving the product.
